Video call

Meet remotely while each participant follows the conversation in a useful language. VideoTranslatorAI combines invited video calls with live text and personal language controls.

Create and invite

Choose Video Call in the app and add a title and invitation message. Enter each guest's name and email address, then choose their invitation and interface language, spoken language and reading language.

These choices do different jobs. The invitation language helps someone understand how to join. The spoken language describes what they will say. The reading language controls the text they follow during the conversation.

Join as host or guest

The host joins from the call in their account. Guests use their invitation link and check their language choices before joining; they do not need to create a host account for that invitation.

Check microphone and camera permissions before entering the call. Keep invitation links private and send them only to the intended participants. For a briefing or presentation with several guests, see Broadcast.

Choose how you follow along

Read translated captions during the call. Open interpretation settings to adjust your spoken language, reading language and available transcription or voice controls. Participants can choose different reading languages for the same conversation.

Optional voiceover depends on language support and current availability. If voice is unavailable, use the text options shown in the app. If transcription is paused or interrupted, check the status and resume or retry before continuing.

Review your results

The host can return to the saved call text after the session ends, request a summary and select results to download or share. Guest participation does not give everyone a separate saved copy in their own account.

Call endpoint labels describe connections. They do not identify every individual person sharing a microphone. Audio and video are not recorded.
