Broadcast

Bring a multilingual group together for a briefing, presentation or discussion. Broadcast-style sessions use the app's Video Call workflow, with language choices for each invited participant.

Invite your group

Create a Video Call and invite up to ten guests plus the host. Add a clear title and message so people know what the session covers, then set invitation and conversation languages for each guest.

This is an invited group call. You do not need to find a separate Broadcast button or set up a public streaming channel. Guests join through their invitation links and check their microphone, camera and language settings.

Present and take questions

Use the session for an explanation, team briefing or practical training conversation. Give participants time to read the captions and ask questions. Taking turns helps everyone follow the discussion, especially when several people are joining from different places.

Participants can speak as well as listen. Use the call's microphone controls to manage interruptions, and make clear when you are inviting questions or moving to a new topic.

Let participants choose how they follow

Each person has a spoken language and a reading language. Someone can speak Spanish while reading English, while another participant follows the conversation in a different available language.

Participants can adjust interpretation settings during the call. Optional translated voice depends on the selected language and availability; text remains the alternative when voice is unavailable. Check the language guide before planning your session.

Keep the session results

After the call ends, the host can revisit saved text, request a summary and prepare selected results to download or share. Review the original passages when checking a decision or preparing a follow-up. The service does not record audio or video.
