What Is the Video Call Tour?

The Video Call Tour is an in-app guided experience that walks you through VideoTranslatorAI's built-in video call mode. 

In just a few steps, you can configure your call mode (interpret or transcribe), generate unique links for each participant, set their language, and run a live transcriber/live interpreter for your video call.  

Tour Overview

Activating Video Call Mode

From your active chat, select Video Call mode. The tour walks you through this single starting point and explains what happens next.

Opening the Setup Form

This shows you how to open the setup form, where you can customise your meeting details. 

Filling In Meeting Details

Here, set up meeting time and provide the participant's name and email address. If you choose interpret mode, this is where you assign a language to each participant based on their preferred language. 

Sending Meeting Invitations

Discover how to generate meeting invitations and translate them into each participant’s language. 

Once both parties are connected, the call runs with live subtitles displayed automatically. Optionally, enable voice-over so each participant hears the conversation in their chosen language in real time.
