The home screen no longer has a crowd of buttons competing for your attention. Now there are just two choices: In-person or Video call.

Pick the one that matches your meeting, and you are on your way.

In-Person: Two Quick Choices

If you choose In-person, the next step is short. Select the language that will be spoken, then decide whether you want voice-over turned on. That is it. Your session starts straight after.

No long setup. No menus to hunt through. Just the two things we genuinely need to get you started.

Video Call: Add Your Guest and Send the Invitation

Video call follows the same simple pattern. In this mode, you can add up to 10 guests, each speaking a different language.

Enter your guest's details, including their email address and the language they use, then send the invitation. VideoTranslatorAI takes care of the rest.

Your guest simply opens their link and joins. Live subtitles and optional voice-over are ready for the call.

Why We Simplified

When we looked at how people actually used the app, one thing stood out. The best moments happen in the conversation, not in the setup. 

So we asked ourselves a simple question: what is the least we need to know to get this conversation started?
