Opening the Custom Prompt Setup

The Prompt Tour begins by showing you how to access the custom prompt builder. Click the 'Custom Prompt Setup' button to open the interface where you will define your summary preferences.

Building Your First Summary Prompt

Define your desired summary by selecting from pre-set options. Guide the AI by choosing the Session Type (e.g., Team Meeting, Client Pitch), the Formatting Style (e.g., Bullet Points, Narrative), the desired Tone (e.g., Formal, Action-Oriented), etc.

Adding Context and Constraints

Discover how to add contextual details that improve the accuracy of the summary with voice setup. Tell the AI about the speaker roles, topic areas, and any terminology the AI should prioritise or avoid.

Previewing and Saving Your Prompt

Run a quick preview of your prompt output and save it as a reusable template for future sessions.
