Account deletion

You can request deletion of your individual VideoTranslatorAI user account, or of an entire workspace that you own. If you are unsure which option applies, choose I am not sure and we will resolve the scope with you before taking any destructive action.

How verification works

Submit the email address used for VideoTranslatorAI. We will not confirm on this page whether an account exists. If we can locate it, we will email that address from [email protected] and ask you to reply from the same address. We will never ask for your password, payment-card details, identity documents, or a one-time code through this form.

What happens next

• Verified requests target completion within 30 days.
• Deleting an individual user does not delete the workspace or cancel its subscription.
• Deleting an entire paid workspace cancels its Stripe subscription immediately before destructive fulfilment.
• A last workspace owner must transfer ownership or explicitly confirm deletion of the entire workspace.
• We send the final completion notice before removing the verified address from our email providers.

Deletion and retention

We delete or anonymize account data across VideoTranslatorAI and our documented processors. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup-expiry obligations. Identifiable request records are retained for 90 days after closure, then scrubbed to a non-identifying completion receipt unless a legal hold applies.
