Create an in-person meeting
An in-person meeting is a multilingual communication feature designed for face-to-face conversations between participants who are physically present in the same room. Each participant speaks in either the source or target language, and the system translates the conversation in real-time as subtitles with optional text-to-speech. This feature only allows 2 languages to be chosen for each meeting.
Here is how you can create an in-person meeting:
Step 1: On the home page, click Create Meeting.
Step 2: Select ‘In-person’ and choose the meeting mode you want. Manual mode requires you to toggle the translation button, which increases the translation accuracy. Continuous mode automatically translates the conversation without having to toggle the translation button.
Then fill in all required fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*).
Step 3: To add multiple moderators, click the 'Add Moderator' button on the right side of the page.
Step 4: Once all the required fields are filled, click Submit.
Step 5: When the meeting is successfully created, it will appear on your home page as follows:
