Recently, we were featured by SBS World News about our multilingual videoconferencing tool, demonstrating how it can bridge language gaps in critical emergencies.
Our Director, Tat Banerjee, shares insights into how real-time translation makes emergency information accessible to all.
“The liaison officer will speak in English. [The audio] will [then] be transcribed and translated into the target language,” said Tat Banerjee.
